The control panel/clock on our stove was breaking lose and falling into the appliance. We called the manufacturer, who referred us to Sutton and Son. I had great customer service from the time I called them. They knew what the problem was without coming, ordered the part and scheduled an appointment to come later the same week. On the appointed day, I got a call in the morning to provide a time frame. They arrived on time, completed the repair and all the paperwork quickly, professionally and without making any mess! “Sutton & Son Appliance Service helped me for FREE!”

I called Suttons because I had a problem with my gas dryer. I usually repair my own appliances but I don't like touching gas and my wife wouldn't let me anyway. We were very concerned about having a gas smell and I was going to call the gas company but decided to call Suttons first.

A nice lady put me on hold and then one of their technicians got on the phone and asked me some questions.
I wanted to get service out immediately but after talking to him we realized the problem was an open can of paint thinner and the fumes were being sucked through the dryer. What a great company for talking me through this instead of sending out a technician and charging me.

I was very impressed with this company as everyone gets leery when it comes to servicing an appliance. The lady who answered the phone was so helpful and friendly. “Absolutely the BEST”

Absolutely the BEST appliance service call I have ever had…Graeme was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to ask if I had any other concerns. In fact, I had another concern with the kitchen vent above the stove and didn’t know who to call. Graeme was able to unlatch the filters and with a lot of scrubbing I will have them clean and usable again.Graeme also gave me useful recommendations for the other appliances in the kitchen to help avoid unnecessary problems. I will contact Sutton Appliance Repair For all my appliance repairs in the future and will recommend them To my new neighbours too.

“Bosch Prompt”

Highly recommend. Called Sutton & Sons to repair a leaky Bosch dishwasher, after Bosch's factory preferred technician didn't bring the right part, broke the water shutoff valve and left us with water pouring into the kitchen. From the moment Sutton & Sons (promptly) answered my call, I could tell they were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They were able to quick tell what the problem was and even knew the exact part needed. When they showed up, they quickly confirmed and repaired the issue, and even found and fixed a clog made by the other guy. Once repairs were completed, the dishwasher was reinstalled, balanced, and a test cycle run. It is always nice to support such a well run local family business - especially when the service is so prompt and professional. Pricing was very clear and reasonable. I will definitely use Sutton & Sons in the future.
